Cancellation Policy

At Evolve Body & Soul, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policy below. 1) BOOKING POLICY - Appointments can be made 24/7 through our online booking system (via Setmore). - You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is secured. - A reminder email or SMS will be sent 24 hours before your appointment. 2) CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY - More than 24 Hours Notice: No cancellation fee. - Less than 24 Hours Notice: 50% of the appointment fee will be charged. - No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations: 100% of the appointment fee will be charged. 3) WAITLIST POLICY - If your preferred time is booked, you can request to join our waitlist. - Openings will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis via SMS or email. 4) LATE ARRIVALS POLICY - If you are less than 10 minutes late, your session will proceed but may be shortened. - If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled, and a 50% fee may apply. 5) COVID & ILLNESS POLICY - If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. - No cancellation fee will be charged for illness-related cancellations with prior notice. - If you arrive unwell, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.
