BARBELL Learn how to use barbell correctly. Deadlift, Squat, Bench Press, Shoulder Press, Pendlay Row, BB Hip Thrust, Landmine, and more.

SPORT SPECIFIC Performance focussed. Maximise ability in the position played for any sport, or for an upcoming sporting event.

NUTRITION COACHING MACRO focus learning how to apply Protein, Fats, Carbs, and Fibre with a personalised calculation.

TAILORED PROGRAM Each client is unique and different. After assessing current strengths and weaknesses, a program will be created to specifically target muscle imbalances and increase strength/ability.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING Lifestyle focus on being fit and healthy increasing strength through functional training.

POWERLIFTING Advancing barbell training to specific lifts. Long term programming to produce precise strength over time. Simple and effective.

REHABILITATION Posture, muscle imbalance, and injury can impact body mechanics and movement. The rehabilitation training focusses on specific improvements.
